Depending on the facial you could get one done as often as every week, but the generally recommended time frame would be every 3-4 weeks for maximum results.

A facial cleanses, exfoliates, hydrates & nourishes the skin by using specialized skincare  products & esthetic techniques to help target your skin’s particular needs.

If possible come without makeup on, wear some comfy clothes, & get ready to relax. You don’t need to do anything special, including exfoliation before your facial, I’ll take care of all of that! We will assess your skincare needs together and go through a systematic application of revitalizing skincare products using the most advanced techniques to make your skin look and feel amazing.  All you have to do is close your eyes & feel the magic happen. Do feel free to take a picture of the products you use and we can discuss how they may be supporting or detracting from your desired skincare outcomes.

Relax! Take your time getting up and getting dressed. When your facial is complete you’ll be relaxed and your skin will be rejuvenated. Based on what I discover during your facial, I may make recommendations for products that will support your skin type and desired outcomes. Do not exfoliate for 3-5 days after your facial as your facial will include deep cleansing and exfoliation, excessive exfoliation following your facial may cause skin sensitivity. Do not apply any at home chemicals or products for 12-24 hours after your facial, allow the products we used during your facial to achieve maximum effectiveness before applying at home products. Also, try to limit your time in the sun for the first 24 hours after your facial. Be sure to drink plenty of water after your facial to hydrate all of you!

Depending on the area you are waxing, removal of hair by waxing can be uncomfortable but not unbearably so. Most people find that they adjust to the experience easily. I use a gentle,caring technique that minimizes discomfort. If you have a low pain tolerance, you may find taking ibuprofen about 30 minutes before waxing can help. Also, avoid caffeine prior to waxing as it can make your skin more sensitive.
